Lasagna Cupcakes

1. (Greese the pan first) Fill cupcake mold with wonton (lasagna?) noodle

2. Add a dollup of pasta sauce

3. Add ricotta cheese

4. Add parmesan cheese

5. Put another wonton (lasagna?) noodle on top

6. Repeat steps 2, 3 and 4

7. Sprinkle mozzarella and parmesan cheese on top

8. Bake for 20 minutes
